This is a full-time onsite position. The Data Analyst shall support the maintenance of data holdings, ensure compliance to data standards, and perform quantitative analysis of data. Data analysis will involve transforming data, developing visuals to assist with data understanding, and conducting analysis to make recommendations on data strategies to improve Machine Learning (ML) model development.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nCollaboration to enhance workflows, automate standard processes, and create efficient processes that result in greater preprocessing productivity.\nLead and conduct projects using advanced mathematical, statistical, and scientific techniques and principles to examine complex missions and operational problems and create insights from data.\nSupport data analytics, data cleaning, analyst workflow efficiencies, and transformation supporting Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) capabilities.\nApply statistical and analytic methods to support answering intelligence questions, mission requirements, and advanced data analysis.\nBuild lightweight analytic tools to visualize data metrics and assess progress of data preprocessing efforts against Government goals\nDesign methods and mechanisms to track, report, and monitor data in order to ensure pipeline movements are timely and support all necessary processes.\nDevelop system to provide automated checks on data and processes to guarantee continuous pipeline support.\nIngest and rectify non-standard data and data in formats that are new within the Data Management Platform (DMP), for integration and curation.\nGenerate and manage data dictionaries to ensure information stays updated as data tables change\nProvide data analysis expertise for assistance in determining if imagery curation techniques and strategies are effective in identifying images of value (e.g., containing objects of interest or specific imagery characteristics)\nMinimum Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience; BA can account for 3 years while a MA/MS can account for an added 2 years of experience.\nExperience preparing data, performing statistical analysis, and applying tools and algorithms to gain insights from large, complex geospatial datasets.\nExperience with programming languages and tools such as Python, R, SQL, GIS, or Tableau.\nExperience developing visualizations to communicate analytical results and to assist technical and non-technical audiences in understanding information from large datasets.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working in AI/ML-relevant fields related to imagery exploitation\nClearance Requirements:\n· An active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph\nPhysical Requirements:\n· Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing imagery analysis and reporting.\n· Must be able to occasionally move about the work area to collaborate with team members and access mission systems.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $104,200.00-$172,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
