This is a hybrid position.\nIn this role, you will perform routine and complex HR data audits, optimize HR processes, resolve system discrepancies, and support HRIS data maintenance across Workday and connected systems. You will collaborate closely with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to uphold data quality standards that directly support decision-making, executive reporting, and compliance.\nResponsibilities to include but not limited to:\nPerforming regular audits of Workday data to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve anomalies, missing information, or logic errors.\nExecuting mass data updates (EIBs), organizational hierarchy adjustments, and job profile changes with high precision.\nAnalyzing existing HR processes to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates.\nPartnering with Payroll, IT, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless data integration and offer tier-2 support for data issue resolution.\nGenerating standard/ad-hoc HR reports and audit rosters to support compliance, data privacy, and internal/external audits.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).\n2+ years of experience in HR data analysis, HR operations, or HRIS administration \nWorkday experience required\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning) and reporting/data visualization tools.\nStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills to explain data insights to cross-functional stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHands-on experience creating and executing Workday Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).\nFamiliarity with defense contracting, FAR compliance, or enterprise ERP systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint).\nClearance Requirements:\nUS Citizenship\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations, and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $65,000.00-$107,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
