The Database Developer is responsible for making data available, accessible, and secure to all stakeholders. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize databases for data collection, storage, access, and analytics at enterprise scale.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nWrite, maintain, and debug stored procedures to ensure optimal database performance\nWork with various analysts to craft clear operational and data requirements\nOptimize SQL queries run against terabytes of data for efficiency and speed\nDesign database tables with clear schemas, appropriate indexing, and logical partitioning\nAnalyze data sources for accuracy and data prioritization while applying appropriate logic to developed solutions\nProvide platform support, problem-solving, and debugging database production issues\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma and 3+ years of experience with Database Management, SQL, and PostgreSQL\nExperience taking data collection requirements and translating those requirements into implementable solutions\nExperience analyzing data sources for accuracy and applying appropriate logic to solutions\nExperience working in a Linux environment\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with JavaScript and Node.js\nExperience with Python\nExperience with enterprise-scale data analytics platforms and high-volume data architectures\nStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues via multiple communication channels\nClearance Requirements: Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph is required\nPhysical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $114,600.00-$190,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
