Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented DevOps Engineer to join our team in Doral, FL.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDesigning, implementing, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines for deployment and testing workflows.\nManaging infrastructure as code (IaC) using provisioning and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.\nCollaborating with cross-functional technical teams, software developers, and system administrators to streamline software delivery.\nMonitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud and on-premise infrastructure performance and system availability.\nAutomating system baselines, system patching schedules, and central repository management controls.\nMaintaining technical baseline configurations, configuration management items, and comprehensive engineering documentation.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with 3+ years of experience.OR a master’s degree OR PhD and 1+ or more years of relevant experience\nOR an associate’s degree and 5+ or more years of relevant experience\nOR a high school diploma and 7+ or more years of relevant experience\n\nProven experience building, maintaining, and automating continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef).\nHands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes). Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex technical documentation and infrastructure configurations.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nRelevant industry certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), or Docker Certified Associate.\nPrior experience supporting U.S. Military Command operations or Department of Defense enterprise technical environments.\nFamiliarity with DevSecOps practices, automated vulnerability scanning, and DoD STIG compliance automation.\nDemonstrated experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust hold a current/active secret security clearance.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
