This will be a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite per week.\nDrive the lifecycle of complex designs as a technical leader for several Radar systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition concepts into production while managing a diverse group of engineering, drafting, and technical writing professionals.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nSynchronize with technical teams and government clients to engineer and implement premier solutions for the Radar Technologies Division\n\nDrive the successful delivery of complex technical projects from conception to completion\n\nSynchronize project interdependencies and oversee the end-to-end development of task order deliverables to ensure full SOW compliance\n\nDiagnose complex technical challenges and partner with cross-functional teams to engineer and deploy effective solutions\n\nManage the full lifecycle of organizational requirements, including the development, maintenance, and optimization of core management processes\n\nDefine and govern project requirements throughout the contract term, optimizing the prioritization and capture process for technical accuracy\n\nInterface with system users to elicit requirements and architect comprehensive designs for hardware and software integration\n\nContribute to the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies to ensure system reliability and performance\n\nProvide expert-level technical resolution for intricate problems, bridging the gap between existing documentation and mission-specific requirements\n\nAnalyze and optimize intricate signal flows and circuit interrelationships through the expert application of high-frequency pulse generators and complex diagnostic hardware\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline\n\n5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, technical project management, or information technology support\n\nExperience analyzing circuit interrelationships, signal flows, or using diagnostic hardware (e.g., pulse generators, oscilloscopes).\n\nExperience driving technical deliverables against Statements of Work (SOW) while collaborating across cross-functional engineering teams.\n\nHands-on experience with hardware/software integration and developing/executing technical test strategies.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience creating schematics and blueprints for electrical components and systems within a project, considering factors like power requirements, load calculations, and safety regulations.\n\nExperience using mathematical models to analyze electrical circuits, power distribution, and system efficiency.\n\nExperience identifying and resolving problems within electrical systems during design, testing, or installation phases.\n\nClearance Requirements:\nU.S. Citizenship required and an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain an interim Secret prior to starting.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time.\n\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\n\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
