include but are not limited to:\nProvides installation/troubleshooting support to VOIP phones, Teleconferencing equipment, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktop computers, other hardware devices as requested, and completes associated cabling work.\nSupports refresh, modernization, projects, and Service Task Order activities as required.\nFollows proper processes of equipment classification and sanitization.\nConducts equipment surveys, inventories, completes database updates, and assists with logistical services for associated equipment.\nWorks all of the above requirements within Service Level Agreement time windows.\nTravels to support other locations within the area as needed up to 25% travel required\nMinimum Qualifications:\n1+ years of hands-on experience in IT hardware support.\nPossess an IAT level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M such as Security +\nExperience in or willingness to learn installation/troubleshooting of end user devices such as VOIP phones, Teleconferencing equipment, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktop computers, other hardware devices.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting CAN networking requirements.\nExperience with a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow.\nQuality cabling skills in installation, splicing, and fabrication.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly\nPhysical Requirements:\nMaintains a regular sedentary position, attends meeting both virtually and in person, constantly positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including
