Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Enterprise Architect to join our team in Stafford, VA to help support our current contract with the Marine Corps System Command (MCSC).\nManTech is responsible for assisting our Government customer to ensure that material solutions developed or acquired by MCSC are system engineered, integrated, interoperable, and certified to provide the warfighter with equipment required to accomplish their mission. To do that, ManTech assists our customer to conduct the detailed systems engineering analysis, establish technical policies and guidance across the Command, and manage the technical investigation and distributed planning required to deliver world class Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) networks and system capabilities to the warfighter.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDevelopment of Marine Corps compliant Enterprise and DoDAF 2.02 architectures.\n\nExtend Architecture tool schemas, as required, to satisfy Marine Corps Enterprise and Solution architecture development and data requirements.\n\nProvide architectural and technical subject matter expertise to all architecture development projects including communicating architectural decisions and mentoring other technical staff.\n\nParticipate in the collaborative process of identifying and capturing architecture data with engineers, technical subject matter experts and information technology standards personnel.\n\nSupport Enterprise and Solution architecture-related technical and strategy discussions.\n\nPrepare and maintain technical systems or program documentation, comment resolution matrices, presentations, and training material.\n\nCoordinate, and participate in architectural meetings and events\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience with DoDAF Architecture. An additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.\n\nAt least 1 year of experience with Cameo/MagicDraw/Catia Magic portfolio tools i.e. Magic Systems of Systems Architecture and Magic Cyber Systems Engineer.\n\nExperience with UAF and/or SysML.\n\nSuperior written and oral communication skills.\n\nAbility to think critically, problem-solve, and influence others to achieve desired results for the project.\n\nCapable of working independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with UML, UPDM and IDEF.\n\nKnowledge of Marine Corps Systems Engineering Processes, including the relationship between MCSC and DC, CD&I. Familiarity with the MCSC Acquisition Guidebook.\n\nTechnical education related to any of the following: data modeling, systems engineering, machine learning and predictive analysis, agile software development and build methodologies, or simulation.\n\nKnowledge of Marine Corps operations, concepts, practices, procedures, systems and interfaces.\n\nUnderstanding of Systems integration/API development, automated bulk export/import, and the ability to perform impact assessments.\n\nClearance Requirements:\nMust have a current / active DoD Secret clearance\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\n\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and government stakeholders, which may involve delivering technical presentations.\n\nMust be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\n\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $77,200.00-$128,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
