In this role you will work with an elite team of Software Developers, Data Engineers, and System Engineers who are developing and deploying unprecedented capabilities for the Intelligence Community.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nArchitect, design, and implement responsive front-end applications with deep expertise in UI/UX principles to deliver seamless, intuitive user workflows.\nAnalyze complex user and mission requirements to design robust, scalable, and maintainable software components.\nCreate high-fidelity design mockups and wireframes for new product features to secure customer and stakeholder buy-in prior to sprint implementation.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional team members to assess existing baseline functionality and plan seamless integration paths.\nExecute unit testing, support automated test suites, and coordinate with independent verification and validation (IV&V) teams prior to production deployments.\nActively engage in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nMaintain clear and transparent communication channels across development teams, project leadership, and end-user stakeholders.\nDrive engineering excellence, root-cause troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma and 11+ years of experience with software development\n5+ years of experience with UI/UX development\nExperience with Vue.js, modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nExperience with backend development or scripting experience developing in Python.\nExperience with cross-platform development across both Linux and Windows\nAbility to lead technical teams and mentor junior and mid-level developers.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience developing scalable server-side applications using Node.js.\nStrong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and framework practices.\nFamiliarity with software accessibility standards and compliance guidelines (e.g., ADA compliance / Section 508).\nExperience with enterprise version control and CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab or GitHub.\nClearance Requirements: Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this position\nPhysical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $179,300.00-$318,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
