Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\n***This is for a future opportunity***\nMANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Security Officer Manager to join our team in Oahu Hawaii.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDirects an organization's security functions, including physical security, Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsibilities, and safety of employees and facilities.\n\nServe as the final Technical Authority for the establishment and enforcement of security policies across multiple program sites.\n\nAuthorize security protocols and validate compliance with national industrial security standards and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) requirements.\n\nProvides high-level programmatic security oversight for the logistics and sustainment mission.\n\nAuthorize the Program Security Plan and coordinate with Government leadership to ensure full compliance with mission-specific security requirements.\n\nApprove security analysis, plans, and studies required to support multinational Mission Partners.\n\nProvides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).\n\nExpert-level professional security designations.\n\nExperience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for program security deliverables.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster's degree in a related field, PMP certification, and extensive experience with USSOCOM programmatic security requirements\n\nClearance Required:\nMust hold an active Secret Clearance\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\n\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.\n\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $142,200.00-$254,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
