Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\n***This is for a future opportunity***\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Finance Management Lead to join our team in Linthicum, MD.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nProvide financial analysis, planning, and execution support in accordance with the PWS.\n\nProvide analytical support related to budget formulation, execution, forecasting, and financial documentation for highly technical programs and projects.\n\nResearch, analyze, and evaluate financial and manpower data from Government-provided systems, databases, and records to identify trends, anomalies, and potential resources gaps.\n\nAssist in the development of long-range financial plans, detailed budget forecasts, and multi-year funding profiles to support program and project execution.\n\nMonitor and execute approved financial plans while providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support effective resource allocation and financial performance monitoring.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and 10+ years relevant experience, Master’s degree and 8+ years relevant experience, or PhD and 5+ years relevant experience.\n\nDemonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive budget and data analysis to inform financial planning and execution.\n\nExtensive experience leveraging manpower and budgetary databases, including the Automated Budget Interactive Data Environmental System (ABIDES), interlink Resource Management Information System (iRMIS), and the Program Budget Execution System (PBES).\n\nDeep applied knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) process to guide financial decision-making and resource allocation.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced proficiency in utilizing automated financial tools and dashboards for real-time budget forecasting and execution tracking.\n\nExtensive experience supporting cross-functional Government and contractor teams in dynamic, highly technical financial environments.\n\nDemonstrated capability in streamlining complex financial documentation and reporting processes for senior-level decision-makers.\n\nClearance Requirements:\nCandidates must hold an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\n\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and related equipment.\n\nFrequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, and be able to successfully exchange accurate information in these situations.\n\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $142,200.00-$254,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
