Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Front End Developer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDesign and develop web-based user interfaces for operational tools and capability management systems\nCreate visualization dashboards that present complex technical data in operator-friendly formats\nConduct user research with operators to understand workflow pain points and interface requirements\nBuild responsive, accessible web applications optimized for operational environment constraints\nIntegrate front-end applications with back-end APIs, data pipelines, and capability infrastructure\nImplement real-time data visualization for operational status, system health, and mission telemetry\nDevelop interface components that streamline operator workflows during mission execution\nCONUS travel maybe required up to 25%.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 6+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 2+ years, OR a PhD with 0+ years of progressively responsible experience.\n3+ years professional front-end development experience\nExpert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript\nStrong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar)\nExperience with RESTful API integration and asynchronous data handling Proficiency with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Plotly, Chart.js, or similar)\nExperience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows\nFamiliarity with build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, yarn)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProficiency with Golang for backend integration and tooling development\nExperience building applications for cybersecurity operations or intelligence analysis\nFamiliarity with Svelte framework and real-time data visualization and WebSocket implementations\nExperience with component libraries and design systems (Material-UI, Ant Design)\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)\nClearance Requirements:\nAn active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.\nMust be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $91,600.00-$153,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
