Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to join our team supporting a Fort Meade, MD.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nSupport organization, system, or enclave IA programs\nPropose, coordinate, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and methodologies.\nEstablish and maintain operational security posture.\nAssist with information system security management and day-to-day security operations.\nProvide CM as needed for security software, hardware, and firmware. Manage system changes and assess security impacts.\nPrepare and review SSPs, Risk Assessment Reports, C&A packages, and SRTMs.\nSupport security authorization activities in compliance with Government standards and the RMF\nMInimum Qualifications:\n2+ years of experience with ISSE/ISSO\nKnowledge of current security tools\nExperience with Hardware/software security implementation\nExperience with Encryption techniques/tools\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience with Splunk (search and reporting) \nExperience building Splunk dashboards\nExperience with AWS Docker services and Kubernetes\nSecurity Clearance Requirements:\nActive TS/SCI W/ Poly\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\nConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.\nThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $91,600.00-$153,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
