This position isonsite.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nKnowledge of marine propulsion systems including inboard and outboard motors\nDevelop and execute Integrated Product Support (IPS) strategies and ILS plans across all system phases.\nManage spares provisioning, inventory accuracy, initial outfitting, and asset tracking\nMitigate hardware risks using Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages\nOversee technical data packages (TDPs), technical manuals, training curricula, and maintenance requirement cards.\nManage multiple direct reports on the performance of their duties\nDevelop and submit reports as required / directed.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree\n5+ years of experience.\nExperience with Tech Manual development and delivery\nExperience creating integrated schedules / plans\nundefined\nPreferred Qualifications:\nLeadership / Management experience within DoD\nFamiliarity with military standards, configuration data management (CDMD-V/OA), and lifecycle cost tracking.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust possess an active Secret Clearance\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, climb ladder wells on vessels, etc.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve attending meetings.\nMust be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $79,200.00-$132,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
