Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented IT Support Specialists to join our team in Oahu Hawaii and Dallas Texas.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nApproves and monitors the technical support workflow for a diverse range of hardware and software platforms.\nCoordinate the resolution of escalated technical issues involving network connectivity and enterprise applications.\nAuthorize the distribution of IT assets and the maintenance of detailed equipment inventories for organizational accountability.\nOversee the day-to-day operation of Information Technology and Security Groups within a regional distribution framework.\nCoordinate technical assistance for forward-deployed personnel to ensure the continuous availability of critical mission systems.\nValidate the setup and maintenance of secure IT infrastructure required for large-scale military exercises in the Pacific.\nProvides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.\nNOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience.
