Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior SAP ABAP Developer to join our team. This is a remote position.\nThe Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) uses the ABAP development stack to develop end user business applications, and you would be responsible for complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing for current and proposed enterprise application environments.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nConducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design.\nInteracting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations.\nParticipate in all phases of software development and delivery: from research and prototyping, design and architecture, through implementation and testing, to deployment, support and operations.\nBuild advance knowledge of development processes and product standards.\nDeveloping programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations.\nWork as part of a development team, collaborating with others to ensure project success.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAt least 2 years of SAP S4/HANA Development Experience. Significant knowledge of data structures, algorithms and solid experience in coding. \nGood understanding of software architecture principles, modern cloud architecture and design of enterprise software systems.\nExperience working across a large team to drive deliverables with excellent communication skills, proven in relations with teammates as well as with customers and external stakeholders.\nWilling to travel up to 10% of the time.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex information technology documentation.\nGood knowledge of user interfaces, SAP development tools, UI frameworks and SAP Business Technology Platform.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust be a US Citizen and be willing and able to undergo a Tier 2 Investigation with favorable results prior to starting this position.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The person in this position will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $63,500.00-$105,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
