Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\n***This is for a future opportunity***\nMANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Logistics Integrator to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nOversees and directs the complex transportation, storage, and distribution activities to maintain peak mission readiness.\n\nFormulate comprehensive policies, manage daily operations, and plan the strategic use of materials and human resources.\n\nServe as the final Technical Authority for organizational efficiency and regulatory compliance.\n\nValidates the logistics requirements for theater deployment and employment operations within the area of responsibility.\n\nAuthorize Strategic Plans for reception, staging, onward movement, and integration (RSOI) to ensure force posture goals are met.\n\nApprove the coordination of Host Nation support and facility requirements for large-scale contingency operations.\n\nProvides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience (additional education may be substituted in lieu of education).\n\nExperience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for program deliverables.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Global Logistics.\n\nPMP certification.\n\nExperience managing USSOCOM or PACOM expeditionary logistics in the Indo-Pacific AOR.\n\nClearance Required:\nMust hold an active Secret Clearance.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\n\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to\n\ncommunicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $134,700.00-$239,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
