This is a hybrid position.\nThis role focuses on hands-on custom development and complex enterprise system integrations to ensure seamless interoperability across MANTECH’s internal IT ecosystem.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDiagnosing and resolving platform performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and legacy code issues.\nCollaborating with the Product Manager and enterprise infrastructure/security teams to execute technical requirements according to ServiceNow best practices.\nArchitecting, designing, and building secure, scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and custom web services.\nLeading complex script development using JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Service Portal components.\nProviding technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural oversight to mid- and junior-level developers on the team.\nMaintaining system baselines and configuration management items to align with enterprise architecture standards.\nRecommending, and when approved, implementing process and policy improvements across the ServiceNow platform.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.\n6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.\nProven experience designing and implementing complex enterprise integrations using Integration Hub, Webhooks, API endpoints, and OAuth.\nAdvanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSON/XML, and relational database concepts.\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.\nExperience working across a large team to drive technical agenda and managing complex, intertwined systems and data flows.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more ITSM modules.\nExperience with automated testing tools (ATF) and DevOps pipeline integrations.\nExperience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex information technology documentation.\nSelf-starter with excellent people skills to work across teams and drive change throughout an organization.\nClearance Requirements:\nU.S. Citizen \nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $128,800.00-$214,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
