This is an onsite position.\nAs a Senior Model Based Systems Engineer, you will be working on high fidelity SysMLv2 models for the Navy. In this position, you will collaborate with customers to validate and refine each model.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nArchitecting, developing, and integrating MBSE models of Navy systems and processes to be used for documentation, engineering analysis, and simulation.\nEvaluate technical options to determine the optimum SysML approach in consultation with customers and management.\nReviewing, extracting, and abstracting data from technical documentation for incorporation in system models.\nManage the implementation of the selected architecture within Cameo Systems Modeler, including assigning tasks to modelers and ensuring the work meets the intent of the design.\nPerforming quality assurance reviews of models and other work products.\nMaintaining configuration management of models and repositories.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.\n4+ years of systems engineer experience or experience working with NAVSEA systems in an engineering role.\n3+ years of experience with Cameo Systems Modeler.\n1+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with or strong desire to learn SysMLv2.\nExperience with Navy technical documentation (e.g., technical manuals, installation drawings).\nExperience with PowerBI or other visualization tools.\nExperience with Visual Studio Code or similar text editor.\nClearance Requirements:\nU.S. Citizenship required and a current or active Secret clearance.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and
