This position isonsite.\nThe Network Administrator will serve as a critical technical expert managing system software, hardware, and complex network infrastructure while ensuring the seamless interoperability of voice, video, and data services across multiple platforms.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nServing as the technical expert and network/system administrator for system software, hardware, and infrastructure services\nProvide Tier 1 -3 technical support, ex., identifying problems, researching, and guiding them through corrective steps and resolving issues\nMaintaining and enforcing policies, procedures, IT standards, and associated plans for system security administration and user system access\nResolving complex IT and network problems to ensure interoperability of voice, video, and data services across multiple platforms\nConfiguring network equipment and subsystems while managing sustainment tickets in a timely manner\nPerform continuous monitoring and updating of systems to comply with federal security frameworks (like FISMA, FedRAMP, or DoD regulations). This includes managing vulnerabilities and applying security patches\nRunning diagnostics to resolve customer-reported issues, documenting customer interactions, and following up to ensure complete resolution\nRecommending inputs to technical documentation, including engineering test procedures, installation instructions, technical directives, and bulletins\nMust be able to travel up to 25% to support training events, exercises, and technical exchanges\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Technology Security, or a relevant technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant IT experience. A BS degree in a non-related field with 6+ years of relevant IT experience can be exchanged for a technical degree\n2+ years of experience working in a sustainment environment, ex., maintenance, troubleshooting and STIGS \nExperience driving account lifecycle management aligning with NIST AC-2 and performing RMF administrative cyber functions utilizing privileged accounts per NIST AC-5\nDoD 8570 IAT level II certification, ex., Security+ CE, SecurityX / CASP, CISSP\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with unclassified and classified networks and Type 1 encryption devices\nKnowledge and experience with PowerShell and command-line scripting\nExperience installing, configuring, supporting, and training customized system solutions, including Dell PowerEdge and Cisco network equipment\nExperience managing DoD Host-Based Security Systems (HBSS)\nClearance Requirements:\nMust have a current or active TS/SCI clearance\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $89,100.00-$148,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
