Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Administrator to join our team in Doral, FL.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nConfiguring, deploying, and maintaining Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for enterprise network access control, 802.1X authentication, and posture assessment.\nManaging and administering enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, and network infrastructure components across mission networks.\nDeveloping, implementing, and enforcing network security policies, profiling rules, and guest access workflows within Cisco ISE.\nTroubleshooting complex network connectivity issues, authentication failures, and access control policy enforcement points.\nConducting routine system maintenance, vulnerability patching, firmware updates, and baseline configuration management for network devices.\nCollaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, cybersecurity staff, and site leadership to maintain optimal network uptime and security compliance.\nMaintaining accurate technical documentation, network diagrams, baseline configurations, and operational inventories.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in network administration.OR a master’s degree and 3+ or more years of relevant experience\nOR an associate’s degree and 7+ or more years of relevant experience\nOR a high school diploma and 9+ or more years of relevant experience\n\nProven experience configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) in an enterprise environment. Strong background in enterprise routing, switching, 802.1X authentication, RADIUS/TACACS+ protocols, and network access control (NAC).\nHands-on experience with network device configuration, patch management, and baseline configuration controls. Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex information technology documentation and network diagrams.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nRelevant professional certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Security/Enterprise), or Cisco ISE Specialist certification.\nPrior experience supporting U.S. Military Command operations or Department of Defense enterprise network environments.\nFamiliarity with DoD STIG compliance, network vulnerability scanning, and secure baseline auditing procedures.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary engineering teams in dynamic operational settings.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust hold a current/active top secret security clearance.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
