This is a remote position.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nMaintain Reporting Instance (RI) Database\nMastery of writing complex queries, subqueries, joins, advanced PL/SQL development including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and custom type definitions.\nMastery of Unix knowledge and ability to modify and create Unix scripts.\nParticipate in Oracle Cloud migrations and mitigate issues identified.\nWork with members of the software development team to coordinate Reporting Instance (RI) Database changes.\nMaintain RI related dependencies and daily Refresh processes.\nPrevent database bottlenecks and ensures rapid response times for mission-critical enterprise applications.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelors Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering\n10+ years relevant experience in software engineering\nExperience with developing and maintaining applications using Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle database objects, such as procedures, functions, triggers and packages.\nExperience in UNIX\nMust have COMPTIA Sec+ certification\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong understanding and knowledge of Air Force Human Resource process\nUnderstanding of EBS HCM functionality\nStrong understanding of Oracle and Unix Programming\nClearance & Security Requirements\nMust be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain public trust clearance suitability\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $105,900.00-$177,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
