Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-orientedPhysical Industrial Security Specialist to join our team in El Segundo, CA.\nThis position provides physical security (PS), industrial security, and cybersecurity support for collateral, SCI, and SAP systems in accordance with ICD, DODM, legacy DCID/JAFAN, and other DoD and national guidance for facilities with internal networks and guest systems. This role supports industrial security requirements for SAR acquisition programs in a full-time, on-site capacity.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nAssist Government security authorities in managing acquisition security programs' industrial security requirements.\nMaintain compliance with DODM, ICD, or legacy DCID/JAFAN physical security and IA requirements while managing accreditation documentation.\nInterface with HHQ for physical and technical security (TEMPEST/TSCM) actions and procedures.\nConduct preconstruction reviews and provide recommendations for construction, expansion, and modifications of facilities.\nAssist Information Assurance Managers with the implementation of cybersecurity requirements.\nAuthor, review, and maintain facility Certification and Accreditation documentation.\nIdentify cybersecurity and physical security vulnerabilities to ensure full ICD/DODM compliance.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree - 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\n6 years of total experience, including a minimum of 4 years of experience within an SCI or SAR environment.\n2 years of relevant Special Access Program (SAP) experience.\nAbility to complete ICD-705 training (DSSA or NRO) within 6 months of hire.\nStrong familiarity with security policies, manuals, and governing ICD/JAFAN/DOD manuals.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with security policy/manuals and appropriate ICDs, JAFANs, DOD Manuals, and other guiding policy documents.\nAbility to work effectively in a dynamic environment and interact with DOD, military/civilian personnel, and industry partners.\nHigh degree of originality, creativity, and initiative while working with minimal supervision.\nClearance Requirements:\nCurrent Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility\nMust have eligibility for access to Special Access Program (SAP) information.\nMust be willing to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be willing to travel within the organizational Area of Responsibility (AOR) via air and ground transportation.\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time in closed-area offices.\nMust be able to occasionally move about inside and outside the office to access files, cabinets, and safes.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $119,900.00-$199,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
