Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Financial Manager to join our team onsite in Chantilly, VA.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nThe Program Financial Manager will be responsible for all budget activities within our group.\nDevelop descriptive detail briefings to defend program funding requirements.\nPrepare total program budget exhibits for presentation.\nBuild, maintain, track, and update spend plans and execution spreadsheets for funding actions using required systems Directs, implements, and administers formal aspects of program in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and government regulations. \nPrepare funding documents for program execution.\nResponsible for the development of program-related financial data.\nAbility to travel CONUS 25% maybe be required\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelors degree or 4 or more years of relevant financial and budget experience.\nExperience in budget formulation, analysis and administration.\nProficient using Microsoft Office products\nExperience creating annual budgetary spend plans\nExperience monitoring annual budgetary spend plans against annual government known/standard metrics\nExperience in tracking commitments, obligations, and expenditures of funds through out the life cycle of an acquisition/appropriation\nExperience in analyzing cost performance reports and contract financial status reports\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Organizational Financial Information System (NFIS)\nExperience with Financial Information Requirements Tool (FIRsT)\nExperience with Request for Contract Action (RCA) tool\nExperience with internal and external agreements coordination\nSecurity Clearance Requirements:\nActive/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations\nMust be able to exchange accurate information in these situations\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $97,100.00-$161,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
