Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to directly support senior-level management on a critical National Security mission for an Intelligence Community client based in the Hanover, Maryland area.\nWork for this role will be performed onsite, with time divided between our corporate offices in Hanover, MD (primary location), and customer facilities at Fort Meade, MD.\nIn support of MPO, the team is driving the modernization of advanced cybersecurity and threat detection capabilities leveraging modern cloud platforms. Engineers and leaders on this program deliver mission-critical software and cloud engineering solutions to tackle high-consequence cyber challenges.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nManaging the cost, schedule, and overall performance of the contract.\nServing as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the contractor's senior management.\nDirectly contributing to program efforts, including cost management and avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.\nEnsuring the proper execution of tasks necessary to achieve optimal contract efficiency and effectiveness.\nUtilizing expert communication skills to direct skilled technical resources, report on technical progress, flag issues and problem areas, and write and review technical documents.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree; four (4) years of additional relevant program management experience may be substituted for a degree.\nFifteen (15) years of progressive leadership experience-including program/project management or related technical, engineering, or operational leadership roles-managing initiatives and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.\nExperience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as leading a multi-vendor environment.\nExperience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.\nExperience managing and controlling funds and resources using advanced reporting mechanisms.\nKnowledge of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nActive PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or DAWIA Level 2 Program Management certification.\nClearance Requirements:\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph. \nPhysical Requirements:\nSedentary work in an office environment.\nThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.\nMust be able to exchange accurate information in multiple situations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $169,100.00-$303,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
