This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite per week.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nLead development efforts, coordinate test events, and guide strategic technical and programmatic decisions.\nInterface frequently with both government and industry partners to align project goals and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.\nDevelop program metrics, budgets, and schedules while coordinating the efforts of multiple task activities.\nOversee the daily operations of complex technical projects to ensure successful mission execution.\nManage strategic relationships with commercial vendors and sub-teaming partners.\nTravel up to 25% both CONUS and OCONUS to support program milestones and operational requirements.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Management\n9+ years of direct work experience in support of DoD expeditionary developmental projects or as a Program/Project Manager supporting DoD/DoW contracts\nWorking knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD procurement policies\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperienced working with OUSW, USSOCOM, and NSWC Crane\nProject management experience to include programmatic support, acquisition planning, and budget planning\nClearance Requirements:\nMust be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active Secret security clearance\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to
