Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.\nThe Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams and serve as the operational focal point to ensure delivery excellence, contractual performance, and customer satisfaction across enterprise systems.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nServe as the operational leader responsible for successful execution of all task order activities, ensuring delivery excellence.\nAct as the primary day-to-day interface with government leadership, building trusted relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.\nLead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, consultants, and cybersecurity professionals supporting large-scale enterprise systems.\nManage program execution, including schedules, staffing, deliverables, budgets, risks, dependencies, and contractual performance requirements.\nEnsure successful delivery of all contract deliverables, reports, milestones, and customer commitments.\nCollaborate with customer stakeholders and team members to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.\nProvide executive-level reporting on program health, staffing, risks, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree is required; 4 years of additional program management experience of similar scope, type, and complexity with the Federal Government may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.\n9+ years of professional experience in program/project management.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification required.\nProject management experience that includes programmatic support, acquisition planning, and budget planning.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nWorking knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD procurement policies.\nExperience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC).\nExperience leading cross-functional teams supporting enterprise technology implementations.\nProven ability to identify, escalate, and resolve complex program challenges while maintaining customer confidence and delivery performance.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $107,900.00-$179,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
