Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a highly skilled and innovative Senior CNO Reverse Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD.\nIn this role, you will contribute to the development of mission-critical cyber capabilities, drive excellence in CNO development and lead efforts in advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO). You’ll be part of a dynamic team working on next-generation solutions that safeguard national security systems.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nPerform Reverse Engineering of Hardware Components and Software Applications to design and develop new bleeding edge CNO software.\nAuthor and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects\nUtilize tools and techniques such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, OllyDbg, and other industry-standard software for hardware and software analysis.\nCommunicate project status to leadership and stakeholders\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma and 18+ years of related technical experience, or Bachelor’s Degree in related technical field and 14 + years of technical work experience or Master’s degree in related technical field and 12+ years of technical work experience\n5+ years of experience with hardware or software reverse engineering\nExperience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, or Python\nExperience administering and using hardware and software reverse engineering tools\nExperience creating and briefing technical presentations, written reports, and demonstrations of developed software\nExperience with Software Version Control such as Subversion and/or Git\nKnowledge of CNO environment\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with tools like Ghidra, IDAPro, WinDbg\nExperience developing CNO Capabilities\nExperience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming\nExperience with Malware Analysis\nExperience with Software Forensics\nExperience in low-level internals in one or more platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, mobile, or network devices)\nExperience with Continuous Integration software\nExperience with Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira, Crucible)\nStrong problem-solving skills\nExperience with software troubleshooting and debugging\nSecurity Clearance Requirements:\nMust have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance and be willing and able to obtain another polygraph prior to start, if required.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $141,500.00-$236,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
