Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a highly technical and mission-focused Senior CNO Software Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD.\nIn this role, you will develop advanced CNO capabilities that directly support national security. You’ll work in a collaborative environment focused on solving complex technical challenges in support of our customer’s most critical missions.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDesign and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities\nManage the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems\nApply expert knowledge of security concepts and network technologies\nDevelop data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories\nDevelop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBS Degree in a technical discipline and 14+ years of technical work experience or High School Diploma and 18+ years of technical work experience\nExperience in Python or C/C++ programming\nExperience with troubleshooting and debugging complex systems\nExperience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, or network devices)\nExperience with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming\nExperience with developing CNO capabilities\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with programming in assembly languages\nExperience in software analysis or reverse engineering\nExperience with unit testing frameworks and practices\nExperience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)\nClearance Requirements:\nMust have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance and be willing and able to obtain another polygraph prior to start, if required\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $141,500.00-$236,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
