Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Operations Planner Subject Matter Expert to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.\n\nThe Cyber Operations Planner Subject Matter Expert will support the planning, execution, and coordination of offensive cyber operations (OCO). This role focuses on specialized functions such as Cyber Effects and Cyber Fires Planning to design operations that achieve specific strategic and tactical outcomes.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nSupporting the full range of joint planning activities at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels across Combatant Commands (COCOMs), component commands, and other partners.\nParticipating in the planning and coordination for integrated cyberspace operations to support operational objectives.\nAssisting in the development, execution, management, and assessment of military plans, including theater and global campaign planning, Contingency Plans (CONPLANs), and Operational Plans (OPLANs).\nSupporting crisis action planning and providing expertise for joint, coalition, and bilateral training exercises related to offensive cyber operations.\nDeveloping and executing wargame integration to enhance operational readiness and refine cyber operational tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).\nRecommending and implementing process improvements to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all requirements.\nPossible local / CONUS travel up to 25%.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma/GED + 16 years, Associate + 14 years, Bachelor's +12, Master's + 10 years, or PhD + 8 years of experience.\nExperience in Operations Planning that support the planning, analysis, and execution of large-scale cyber exercises and wargames.\nDirect experience in Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF) structures, specifically supporting Combat Mission Teams (CMT) or National Mission Teams (NMT).\nExperience working across large teams to drive a security agenda and managing complex, intertwined systems and data flows.\nExperience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex development of campaigns across multiple Commands.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nComprehensive understanding of Title 10 vs. Title 50 authorities and the specific legal/policy constraints of offensive operations.\nClearance Requirements:\nAn active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required\nUS Citizenship is required\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $179,300.00-$318,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
