Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Field Service Representative to join our vehicle sustainment team in Lebanon. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nTechnical support of complex U.S. military ground systems\nPlans, directs, coordinates and manages the maintenance operations for assigned TDL organizations.\nMaintenance support includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.\nEffectively applies industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nA minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.Must have documented Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV). Experience on non-tactical/commercial vehicle fleets and/or military shall be with light or heavy-duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, ground systems, generators, power plants, aircraft or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicle.\n\nExperience in the application of industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components. \nProficient with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and welding.\nExperience in technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems.\nExperience effectively applying industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.\nMust hold a current and active passport, ensuring a minimum of one year of validity from start date and the ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.\nHigh School Diploma or GED and must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed.\nDesired Qualifications:\nWillingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations.\nFMTVA2 experience.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position. \nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.\nMust be able to push, pull, and reach.\nMust be able to work in high noise areas.\nMust be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.\nMust be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $44,500.00-$74,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
