Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\n***This is for a future opportunity***\nMANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Freight Coordinator to join our team in Oahu Hawaii.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nAnalyzes and coordinates the ongoing logistical functions of the organization to ensure mission success.\n\nLead the implementation of logistics solutions and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure resource availability throughout the distribution lifecycle.\n\nExecutes high-level synchronization of sea freight movement requests and vessel Load Plans supporting Mission Partners.\n\nAnalyze product delivery or supply chain processes to identify or recommend changes to organizational efficiency.\n\nValidate the accuracy of daily maritime movement Situation Reports and vessel utilization metrics to mitigate theater logistics gaps.\n\nManage the daily coordination of port-of-debarkation (POD) throughput with evolving current operations requirements.\n\nProvides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).\n\nExperience in quality gate oversight and acting as the Responsible Officer for functional mission artifacts.\n\nProficient in using maritime transportation data systems to assess and inform sea-related logistics decision-making\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster's degree in a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience.\n\nProfessional logistics certification (e.g., SOLE).\n\nPrior experience supporting theater-level maritime mobility divisions or specialized sealift cells in the Indo-Pacific.\n\nClearance Required:\nMust be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\n\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.\n\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $79,700.00-$132,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
