The selected candidate will provide maintenance Logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nAssist senior positions and perform duties under their guidance to support logistics efforts.\nManage the requisition, receipt, storage, retrograde, and distribution of supplies and equipment at Supply Support Activities (SSA)\nRecord, maintain, and initiate work orders for acquiring component items from vendors, including inventory management, item verification, barcoding, and stock level adjustments.\nHandle packing, shipping, receiving, and transporting of parts, items and equipment.\nConduct monthly or leadership-directed inventory on ASL & Equipment Property, verify data and stock levels and maintain accountability reporting.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n Bachelors degree and 9 years of qualified logistics experience or a High School diploma and 15 years of experience.\nUp to 25% Travel Required.\nKnowledge and understanding of the vehicle fleet and Life-Cycle management. \nSkilled in receipt, accountability and inventory of equipment and spare parts. \nExperience in inventory, requisition and maintaining stock of supplies and equipment. \nAbility to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with military or commercial logistics supply system as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria. \nFamiliarity with vehicle and equipment platforms and preventative and maintenance actions\nExperience with Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), specifically regarding SSA operations, Authorized Stockage List (ASL) management, retrograde, and receipt/issue process.\nMOS 92A, 920B or equivalent\nClearance Requirements:\nMust be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel. \nMust be able to push, pull, and reach. \nMust be able to work in high noise areas. \nMust be able to lift 50lbs and small parts. \nMust be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard. \nThe projected compensation range for this position is $79,700.00-$132,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
