Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a mission-focused and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA.\nThis position provides full-spectrum logistics and warehouse management support, ensuring the integrity of equipment accountability and adherence to operational standards. You will bring hands-on skills to support secure, organized inventory and property tracking for our customers while helping to improve the logistics framework through proactive SOP development.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nManage and control Government property while supporting our customer’s mission by maintaining full inventory accountability and visibility across all assets.\nCreate, update, and implement logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure effective asset management and risk mitigation.\nVerify property records for accuracy within the Systems Applications and Products (SAP) database and participate in government-led inventory audits.\nConduct regular inventory sampling to validate internal controls, maintain transfer documentation, and ensure compliance with customer directives.\nSupport equipment shipping and receiving activities in accordance with all customer instructions, warehouse procedures, and OSHA safety standards.\nReview complex inventory records, generate reports and recommendations, and collaborate with subcontractors and customers to meet logistics requirements.\nContribute to modernization efforts across DoD logistics software platforms, assisting with procurement, distribution, and inventory control initiatives that enhance total asset visibility and integrate global supply chains.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree OR 5+ years of logistics experience supporting the U.S. Government in lieu of a degree.\nTechnical Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.\nStrong verbal and written business communication skills.\nDetail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.\nHands-on experience with government transfer forms, such as DD1149 and DD250.\nAbility to travel up to 25% within the continental U.S.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with industries and government logistics and property accountability manuals, regulations, and directives.\nExperience with System Application, and Products (SAP) database systems.\nSecurity+ certification.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance with Polygraph.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to walk for long periods within a warehouse or customer workplace setting to conduct inventories and inspect equipment.\nInventories and inspections may require bending, squatting, and maneuvering around crowded locations.\nMust be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs of equipment and boxes.\nMust be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $87,600.00-$145,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
