Guam.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nAuthorizes, plans, and coordinates the overarching technical execution of logistics planning studies and validates the accuracy of multidepartmental sustainment models across public and private sector configurations.\n\nServe as the final authority for investigating enterprise planning discrepancies and approving complex root cause analyses to address strategic distribution gaps.\n\nFormulate long-range logistical policies and establish rigorous performance baselines to optimize organizational readiness metrics.\n\nAuthorize and validates the synchronization of theaterwide distribution activities, surface husbandry requirements, and multimodal transit coordination with critical joint, component, and expeditionary command partners.\n\nLead high-level strategic assessments of theater resource utilization and approve Tactical Maneuver Plans to protect logistics lines of communication in contested settings.\n\nDeliver expert-level briefings and strategic optimization papers to senior leadership to systematically mitigate regional sustainment gaps.\n\nProvides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).\n\nExperience in formal logistics oversight and leading technical root cause analysis for sustainment disruptions.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or any higher degree.\n\nExperience with DoW logistics planning tools (e.g., JOPES or SMS).\n\nKnowledge of USSOCOM expeditionary logistics and joint theater distribution systems.\n\nProficiency in Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD) development and analysis.\n\nClearance Requirement:\nMust hold an active Secret clearance.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\n\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with
