thePhilippines.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nLeads the technical execution of logistics planning studies and validates the accuracy of sustainment data for enterprise-level management review.\n\nCoordinates the systematic investigation of planning discrepancies and lead the development of technical root cause analyses for distribution gaps.\n\nMonitor planning performance against established industry benchmarks and validate the implementation of improved logistics procedures.\n\nExecutes strategic logistics planning oversight for mission execution and sustainment activities throughout the regional operational theater and conducts detailed coordination for logistics services and theater movement control between industry, Mission Partners, and other major military commands.\n\nValidate the technical accuracy of logistics Maneuver Reports and lead field-level assessments of theater distribution, resource utilization, and planning synchronization with joint, component, and expeditionary command elements.\n\nProvide technical guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure all planning activities meet theater-specific and command-mandated standards for predictive sustainment.\n\nProvides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).\n\nExperience in formal logistics oversight and leading technical root cause analysis for sustainment disruptions.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or any higher degree.\n\nExperience with DoW logistics planning tools (e.g., JOPES or SMS).\n\nKnowledge of USSOCOM expeditionary logistics and joint theater distribution systems.\n\nProficiency in Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD) development and analysis.\n\nClearance Required:\nMust hold an active Top Secret clearance\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\n\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering
