Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Procurement Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA.\nThis role supports critical logistics and procurement operations by providing full-spectrum support in warehouse and procurement management. You will bring your experience and dedication to maintaining equipment accountability and drive process improvements in accordance with MANTECH and customer standards.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nManage and coordinate procurement purchases, track warranties, and create or reconcile purchase requests and orders using government financial tools such as FOCUS, ESAM, and SAP.\nReview and approve quotes, create DD250 and DD1149 forms for equipment transfers, and support Engineering in gathering information for new equipment.\nManage and control government property, ensuring 100% inventory tracking, accountability, and verification of records in the SAP database.\nCreate, update, and implement procurement support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) detailing asset management, warranty, and inventory control.\nConduct periodic inventory sampling, handle shipping and receiving in compliance with procedures, and execute strategies to address audit findings.\nMaintain detailed accounting of all temporary and permanent transfers of government property using applicable documentation, directives, and customer instructions.\nTrack procurements and delivery dates proactively while updating material tracking databases to generate monthly Customer Acquired Property Reports and provide real-time status updates.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of additional work experience in lieu of a degree\n5+ years of logistics experience, preferably supporting the U.S. Government.\nDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and familiarity with industry and government logistics and property accountability regulations.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain effective vendor and customer relationships.\nDoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security) or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.\nAbility to travel up to 25% within the Continental U.S.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience utilizing government financial and asset tracking tools including FOCUS, ESAM, and SAP.\nProven ability to maintain current SAP certifications and lead inventory control processes.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust be a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret / SCI clearance with Polygraph.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to walk for long periods within a warehouse or customer workplace setting to conduct inventories and inspect equipment.\nMust be able to perform physical actions such as bending, squatting, and maneuvering around crowded locations during inspections.\nMust be able to lift and move equipment and boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.\nMust be able to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $87,600.00-$145,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
