This role is onsite.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nLeads the execution of Project Plans and coordinates technical efforts across multifunctional departments.\n\nAuthorize task-level adjustments and validate project milestones to maintain organizational alignment.\n\nManage the allocation of project resources and lead Technical Teams in achieving complex mission objectives.\n\nManges the delivery of specialized mission execution services across the Pacific theater.\n\nTranslate mission requirements into actionable Project Plans and coordinate the transition of personnel and equipment to support theater-level goals.\n\nMaintain a steady flow of communication with Mission Partners regarding project performance and ensure adherence to theater-specific operational standards.\n\nProvides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).\n\nExperience in formal project oversight and leading Technical Teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP or CAPM certification.\n\nDAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent).\n\nExperience with USSOCOM logistics and mission execution frameworks.\n\nClearance Requirement:\nMust hold an active Secret clearance.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\n\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.\n\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $109,000.00-$181,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
