Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Scheduler to join our team in Laurel, MD.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:\nResponsible for designing, developing, and maintaining detailed resource loaded schedules for Implementation, developmental and operational systems.\nAssist in defining and implementing schedule software (MS Project, Primavera, or specific program mandated software, etc.) management processes and procedures.\nImplement schedule control processes, policies and procedures.\nMaintain the schedule product build, staging, testing, deployment and integration.\nDevelop schedule version control processes, policies and procedures and ensure that they are followed on development or operational schedule development and implementation projects.\nMinimum/Basic Qualifications:\n8 years’ related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; an additional 4 years of related experience might be substituted for a degree or 6 years’ related experience with a Master’s degree\nDemonstrated experience with MS Project and or Primavera\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDemonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera.\nCertification in either the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is required.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. Must communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $107,900.00-$179,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
