We are looking for a detail-oriented professional obsessed with accuracy, driven by continuous growth, and dedicated to delivering mission-critical solutions that support military health readiness.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDrive core application development within an Agile framework, directly impacting mission success through active participation in backlog grooming and story sizing.\nBuild high-quality Full Stack code adhering to strict cybersecurity, accessibility (508), and design standards to ensure system integrity and compliance.\nEnhance system reliability and maintainability by thoroughly documenting software designs, unit tests, and code reviews.\nEvaluate emerging products and technologies to foster innovation and improve team delivery outcomes.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from a nationally accredited institution. (In lieu of a degree, 6 years of related experience plus a valid certification such as Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, GSEC, CASP+, CCNP Security, or CCSP is required.)\nMinimum of 7 years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience, including implementing and consuming RESTful APIs.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience working on an Agile team following SCRUM and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.\nProven proficiency with Java 17+, EAPs (JBoss/Wildfly), and/or Spring Boot.\nSolid front-end development expertise utilizing Angular and JavaScript.\nDemonstrated experience with relational and/or NoSQL database systems.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with enterprise-level application development, microservices architecture, and Java EE/Angular design patterns.\nHands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and AWS cloud hosting solutions.\nFamiliarity with authentication protocols (mTLS, CAC, PIV, OIDC, SAML) and messaging systems (ActiveMQ, Artemis, Kafka).\nExperience using AI code assistance tools for code generation, troubleshooting, and automated unit testing.\nScripting experience using Python 3+, Bash, or PowerShell.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust be a U.S. Citizen, hold a minimum of a Public Trust clearance, and be able to pass a Tier 2 Investigation for DoD Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility prior to starting.
