Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Augusta, GA This is an onsite position.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nApply system’s engineering principles throughout the system’s lifecycle phases: concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement; interacts with the Government regarding systems engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts; communicates with other TDP project personnel, Government stakeholders, and senior executives.\nResponsible for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288, to include: Technical Process Area, Enterprise Process Area, and Agreement Process Area; contributes to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation, such as System Engineering Plans, initial capability documents, requirements specifications, and interface control documents; supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff; provide subject matter expertise support for the cloud application and system. \nProvide on-site support as requested by Government for the cloud application and system; provide support for the cloud application and system testing, fielding, and training; provide cloud application and system enhancements as required by Government; ensure system stability support for the cloud application and system.\nProvide support for integration of cloud application and system tools and supporting tools such as geospatial services and integration services as requested by the Government; provide hardware and applications support for the cloud application and system.\nEnsure all cloud applications and systems and supporting system are updated with latest Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs), patches and security requirements. Includes: operating systems, databases, applications, and relevant Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs); provide hardware support for the cloud application and system\nProvide cloud application and system exercise coordination support; provide technical ingestion expertise to the cloud application and system assigned exercises.\nProvide oversight of the cloud application and system operational entity databases.; provide system administrative (SYS ADMIN) onsite support.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and 6 years of related experience in systems engineering or related technical discipline\nExperience with infrastructure automation, specifically creating links between information inputs, controllers, and outputs\nExperience with use case development, requirements derivation, and drafting technical project documentation\nExperience with DevOps integration practices across development and IT environments\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPractical experience implementing DevOps methodologies to bridge the gap between software development and IT operations through automated CI/CD pipelines.\nRequirements Engineering: Advanced proficiency in use case development and the derivation of technical requirements from high-level stakeholder needs.\nTechnical Artifact Development: Demonstrated ability to author and maintain complex project artifacts, including System Engineering Plans (SEPs) and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).\nLifecycle Management Expertise: Familiarity with the integration of Enterprise and Agreement process areas as defined by ISO/IEC 15288 to ensure total system quality.\n Clearance Requirements:\nMust have a current/active DoD TS/SCI\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
