Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-orientedSenior Technical Training Project Manager to join our team in Virginia, Florida, Maryland, and other locations.\nThe Senior Technical Training Project Manager will leverage their strong technical background and leadership experience to develop, implement, and evaluate employee training plans and programs, managing operational priorities and guiding multidisciplinary teams to support critical organizational needs.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDeveloping, implementing, and evaluating employee technical and nontechnical training plans and programs to support organizational needs.\nMonitoring training programs, assessing needs and operational results, and modifying existing programs to increase efficiency and team success.\nManaging professional associates and supervisors while holding accountability for the overall performance and results of the team.\nAdapting departmental plans and setting operational priorities to resolve resource challenges and meet service commitments.\nProviding subject matter guidance to associates, colleagues, and customers while integrating industry best practices to achieve key objectives.\nIdentifying and resolving complex business problems guided by organizational policies, resource requirements, budgets, and business plans.\nGuiding, influencing, and persuading internal and external stakeholders to drive program innovation and maintain service quality.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree with 15+ years, Master’s Degree with 10+ years, or Doctorate Degree with 8+ years of experience supervising and/or developing and leading non-technical and/or technical training.\nIn-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in technical training development and team supervision to identify and resolve complex business problems.\nDemonstrated experience managing professional associates or supervisors and taking accountability for team performance and results.\nProven experience adapting departmental plans, setting priorities, and managing resource and budget requirements.\nAbility and willingness to travel up to 75% of the year to assignment locations in Virginia, Florida, Maryland, and other locations as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMilitary-style technical or non-technical training and instructional design experience.\nExperience implementing industry best practices across complex government contracting or technical training programs.\nStrong interpersonal skills with proven capability to guide, influence, and persuade internal and external stakeholders.\nClearance Requirements:\nUS Citizenship is required\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $139,700.00-$250,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
