It is the contract vehicle for the Enterprise Infrastructure Services organization overseeing MPO’s Enterprise Information Technology (EIT). EIT is MPO’s backbone- platform for all Enterprise users. Data Center & Compute Services is the EIS enabling organization working with customers, Integrated Product Teams (IPT), and vendors to deliver select EIT.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nProvision, manage, and support Windows servers across online and air-gapped networks.\nSustain and improve the organization's Windows infrastructure as part of a collaborative systems team\nDeploy monitoring tools to detect system anomalies and prevent service disruptions.\nPerform root cause analysis on outages and implement preventive fixes.\nSupport hardware, software, and appliance deployments, upgrades, and security patching.\nTranslate user requirements and system architectures into technical specifications.\nProvide Tier 1-3 help desk support for client, server, and network issues.\nManage OS patching, hardware maintenance, and account information\nSchedule:\nCore hours are 1000-1400 Monday-Friday to ensure overlap with the team, attendance is expected outside of this window as needed to support meetings, deployments, and team activities.\nThe system administration team is expected to have on-site coverage 0600-1800 Monday-Friday and schedules will be coordinated with other members of the team to ensure this coverage.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, associate’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma and 20 years of relevant experience. \nActive CompTIA Security+ certification.\nExperience with Active Directory & GPO Administration\nExperience with tools such as Ansible or Puppet for Infrastructure Automation\nExperience with VMware virtualization and VDI deployments utilizing Omnissa Horizon (formerly VMware Horizon)\nExperience with Privileged Access Management (PAM): Implement and maintain tools such as Centrify to enforce security controls and meet compliance standards.\nPreferred Technical Qualifications:\nExperience with PowerShell for task automation and configuration management\nExperience managing secure computing environments to adhere with DISA STIGs and NIST 800-53 controls.\nExperience with network monitoring to track health, availability and infrastructure performance\nExperience with a heterogenous environment to include multiple releases of Windows and Redhat Linux and with tools such as JIRA and Confluence\nClearance Requirement:\nMust have a TS/SCI with Polygraph\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $128,000.00-$214,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
