Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Administrator / Developer to join our team USMC Team in Quantico, VA. \nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nAdminister an on-premises version of ServiceNow, including activities such as (but not limited to) installation, configuration, maintenance, updates, harden (STIG), administer, train, and document ServiceNow branding, customization, and translating user requirements into functionality \nDevelop, manage, and troubleshoot ServiceNow forms, client and UI scripts, business rules, and scheduled imports\nConfigure and troubleshoot SAML single sign-on for ServiceNow authentication and identity management \nMaintain KM tools such as, but not limited to, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, and local product creation/dissemination system\nSTIG/POAM/Mitigation statements support with the Linux OS and Database\nDocumentation to include quick reference/admin guides\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow administration, patching, and upgrades. An additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. \nCertified to meet DoD 8570 IAT II requirements\nExperience with database administration\nExperience creating user and administrative documentation respective to ServiceNow\nLinux experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMySQL or MariaDB experience\nUnderstanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF)\nSharePoint/2010/2013/2016\nHTML, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, DNS, SharePoint Designer, IIS, PKI, PowerShell, Group Policy\nIntelink/IntelShare and available capabilities for potential use and integration\nFamiliarity with Navy/Marine Corps interoperability requirements is preferred\nPowerShell scripting using any/all of the respective plugins related to the applicable technologies\nClearance Requirement:\nMust have a current / active Top Secret / SCI clearance.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,600.00.
