This is a primarily remote position.\nThe ServiceNow developer, will be responsible for configuring ServiceNow components and developing customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nDesign, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions across SPM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and various scoped applications integrations utilizing best-practice coding standards.\nAnalyze requirements, user stories, and wireframes to deliver performant technical solutions.\nDevelop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and sophisticated automation utilizing Flow Designer and Integration Hub.\nPerform code reviews, define enterprise development standards, and enforce security best practices.\nTroubleshoot and resolve platform issues while maintaining system reliability and performance and execute ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and the deployment of new modules.\nCreate technical documentation and provide training and guidance to organizational stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with RMF, FedRAMP, and other mandatory federal security frameworks and support the software accreditation process \nMinimum Qualifications:\n5+ years of progressively responsible experience specializing in ServiceNow development.\nActive ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications.\nExperience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow Studio, with significant experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.\nEstablished track record navigating Agile/Scrum methodologies. \nProven ability supporting the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and federal software accreditation processes.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM).\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)\nMotivated self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to lead remote teams.\nPrior experience supporting federal agencies or defense programs\nSecurity Clearance Requirements:\nActive Secret Clearance\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%\nThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $117,000.00-$195,100.00.
