Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Engineer to join our team in Doral, FL.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDesigning, configuring, developing, and customizing enterprise ServiceNow applications, workflows, and service portals.\nImplementing and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and custom business application modules across mission networks.\nDeveloping automated workflows, custom scripts (JavaScript, HTML, Jelly), REST/SOAP API integrations, and orchestration pipelines.\nCollaborating with cross-functional technical teams, system administrators, and stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.\nConducting system diagnostic troubleshooting, platform upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning for ServiceNow instances.\nMaintaining system configuration baselines, baseline documentation, and update set release controls.\nRecommending and implementing continuous engineering process improvements to optimize platform scalability and user experience.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow engineering or platform development.OR a master’s degree and 3+ or more years of relevant experience\nOR an associate’s degree and 7+ or more years of relevant experience\nOR a high school diploma and 9+ or more years of relevant experience\n\nProven experience designing, developing, and administering enterprise ServiceNow platform solutions and custom modules.\nStrong background in JavaScript, Web Services (REST/SOAP), HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow workflow orchestration.\nExperience maintaining platform baselines, configuration management controls, and instance patch update cycles.\nExperience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex technical engineering documentation and architecture diagrams.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nRelevant professional certifications such as Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) or Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD).\nPrior experience supporting U.S. Military Command operations, Combatant Command environments, or Department of Defense enterprise technical environments.\nFamiliarity with ITIL framework, DevSecOps deployment practices, and DoD STIG compliance automation.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary engineering teams in fast-paced operational environments.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust hold a current/active top secret security clearance.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
