This position is listed as remote; however, the role requires an onsite presence in either the Philippines or Singapore.\nThe Site Supervisor is responsible for the on-site management and execution of complex construction projects, with a special focus on secure and clear facilities like Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). The role requires expert knowledge of building codes for both the United States and the Republic of the Philippines. Key duties include leading teams, managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and schedules, and overseeing the integration of network technology infrastructure.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nProject Execution and Oversight: Direct and manage all on-site construction activities from foundation to closeout, ensuring all work aligns with project plans, quality standards, and budget constraints.\nCode Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards in both the United States (e.g., IBC, local state/county codes) and the Republic of the Philippines.\nSecure Facility Management: Directly managing construction projects for cleared facilities, demonstrating a thorough understanding of security requirements, controlled access, and material handling procedures for such sites.\nSCIF Construction Expertise: Oversee all phases of SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) construction, including physical security measures, acoustic controls, and compliance with all relevant Intelligence Community Directives (ICD).\nNetwork Technology Integration: Coordinate and supervise the installation, termination, and testing of complex network technology infrastructure, including structured cabling, server room build-outs, and communication systems, ensuring readiness for final systems integration.\nSchedule and Safety: Maintain a master construction schedule, proactively identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions. Enforce a strict, zero-tolerance safety program on-site, ensuring compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.\nTeam Leadership: Supervise and mentor on-site staff, including foremen, skilled tradespeople, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.\nDocumentation and Reporting: Prepare daily reports, track project progress, manage change orders, and maintain comprehensive records of site activities, inspections, and materials.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Certified Construction Manager (CRM) or a relevant professional certification may be substituted for a degree.\n5 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or a similar leadership role in commercial or government construction.\nProven, hands-on experience managing and successfully completing projects for cleared government or defense facilities.\nDemonstrable experience in SCIF construction and renovation, with a deep understanding of security accreditation processes.\nExperience with the installation and oversight of network technology and telecommunications infrastructure in a new construction environment.\nWillingness and ability to travel internationally and manage projects in diverse global locations.\nDual-Jurisdiction Building Code Mastery: Expert knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC) and major US state/federal regulations, combined with expert knowledge of the National Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096).\nAbility to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications, including those related to secure facility design and network layouts.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProficiency in construction management software and tools.\nExceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust be a US Citizen with a current/active TS/SCI clearance.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Regular movement around the campus of large immigration courts is required throughout the day to provide hands-on support to customers. \nThe person in this position must have the ability to lift and move IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. \nThe projected compensation range for this position is -.
