This position is part of a TIER 1 Identity and Access Management program dealing with Cyber Security issues.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nSupport a team at a government location to provide DEERS PII changes, CAC, Token, Retired Military ID issuance, PIN reset, and Helpdesk support\nSupport Identity, Access, and Credentialing issues within a customer service environment\nResolve ServiceNow and JIRA tickets related to access and credentialing issues\nContribute to the completion of project and group milestones\nProvide input to project deliverables and reports as needed\nContribute to solutions for a variety of complex technical problems\nWork off-shifts between the hours of 7 AM ET and 5 PM ET as required\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma/GED\n2+ years of IT customer service support experience\nUnderstanding of PKI\nStrong troubleshooting skills to narrow down where customer issues reside\nPrior experience working with PII information and data\nPrior experience working with MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience in cyber security disciplines\nPrior experience working in a DoD environment\nFamiliarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow\nGeneral understanding of Identity, Access, and Credentialing services\nClearance Requirements:\nAn active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations, via email, phone, or virtual communication. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $91,600.00-$153,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
