Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\n***This is for a future opportunity***\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented XE Strategic Communications Lead to join our team in Linthicum, MD.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nImplement and facilitate strategic communications in support of DoD customer, enabling strategic, operational, and tactical communication efforts to enhance internal and external messaging and outreach.\n\nCoordinate and execute marketing communication initiatives, including public relations, special events management, advertising, and brand awareness.\n\nDevelop and maintain communication standards across multiple channels such as periodicals, web services, publications, presentations, and digital platforms.\n\nSupport the development and distribution of news and informational content for internal and external audiences.\n\nProduce and disseminate communications products and services in accordance with applicable service level agreements.\n\nAssist the Public Affairs Office in documenting strategic, operational, and tactical engagements.\n\nUtilize standard operating procedures to support operational efficiency and continuity of operations.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n12+ years of experience in strategic communications or a similar field, 8-10 years with a BA/BS, or 6-8 years with an MA/MS/MBA.\n\nDemonstrated experience in Intelligence or Cyberspace communications.\n\nExperience applying Federal and/or DoW/DoD policies and procedures.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced proficiency in utilizing digital platforms and web services to amplify strategic messaging and outreach.\n\nDemonstrated capability in orchestrating high-visibility special events and comprehensive brand awareness campaigns within a defense environment.\n\nExceptional ability to synthesize complex intelligence or cyberspace concepts into clear, impactful publications and presentations for senior leadership.\n\nClearance Requirements:\nCandidates must possess an active Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this position.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\n\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and related equipment.\n\nMust frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, and you must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\n\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $142,200.00-$254,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
