Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team in Aurora, Colorado.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nProvide Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.\nManage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.\nProvide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.\nProvide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.\nOptimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.\nProvide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.\nConfigure and manage Linux and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems, install/loads operating system software, troubleshoot.\nMaintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in technical discipline; an additional 5 years of systems administration experience might be substituted for a degree.\n15+ years' experience as a Systems Administrator or in related IT roles.\nExperience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with cloud infrastructure administration, preferably AWS.\nFamiliarity with Windows.\nClearance Requirements:\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph.\nPhysical Requirements:\nNeeds to be able to provide hardware transferring support.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $128,000.00-$214,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
