Administrator will support the Linux Orchestration Services (LOS) team, serving as the standard of excellence for enterprise Linux solutions while overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of mission-critical cloud-compute infrastructure and automation workflows.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nAnalyzing technical challenges to develop, implement, and maintain sound technical solutions across enterprise environments.\nDesigning, building, and optimizing information technology frameworks, cloud-compute infrastructure, and core operating environments.\nGuiding IT projects from conception to completion to ensure full compliance with established project requirements and enterprise IT architecture.\nMaintaining in-depth technical knowledge of emerging and existing products, cloud technologies, and systems architectures.\nCollaborating closely with internal engineering teams, leadership, and external constituents to share knowledge and drive mission success.\nTroubleshooting complex system issues to resolve operational incidents and conducting thorough root cause analysis. \nMinimum Qualifications:\n7+ years of relevant Systems Administration (SA) experience\nExperience with multi-platform imaging \nLinux administration experience\nProficiency in systems automation and orchestration leveraging scripting capabilities in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.\nCurrent DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP) upon start of employment.\nPXE and Kickstart configurations experience to automate across Linux and Windows terminals\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with ten (10) years of Systems Administration experience, or five (5) additional years of SA experience in lieu of a degree.\nDemonstrated expertise writing, configuring, and deploying Ansible Playbooks, Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Red Hat Satellite, and Red Hat Image Builder.\nHands-on experience with cloud and virtualization technologies including AWS (Lambda), Microsoft Azure, VMware (vSphere), and OpenStack.\nFamiliarity with Agile practices utilizing JIRA for backlog and sprint management, combined with Git version control workflows (GitLab/GitHub).\nClearance Requirements:\nMust possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nOccasionally move about inside the office to collaborate with team
